Visitor Guidelines 

Bear Tree Park is a space where nature lovers can enjoy the beauty of plant life. 

To help us protect our natural environment and ensure a comfortable visit for everyone, 

please follow the rules listed below. 

No Smoking or Alcohol. 

This includes e-cigarettes and vaping devices 

No Cooking. 

Please refrain from loud shouting or noise. 

Admission fees are non-refundable in the event of rain 

Children must be closely supervised by a guardian at all times. 

Commercial & Drone Filming: Prior application and approval required (Paid). Please see below for details. 

Do not throw objects into the pond or enclosures. Feeding animals non-designated food is strictly prohibited.

Items that may disturb other visitors’ experiences or pose a threat to nature and animals are strictly prohibited. Any restricted items can be stored at the entrance gate.

* In addition to the items mentioned above, plant/insect collection kits, kites, frisbees, kickboards, and RC cars are also strictly prohibited. 

* Outside food (such as kimbap and sandwiches) is not permitted. Please enjoy your meals at the designated shelter in the parking lot before entering. Baby food is allowed inside the park. 

* Personal tripods are prohibited as they may obstruct the paths of other visitors. For your convenience, phone tripods are available at various photo zones throughout the park; please feel free to use them. 

* Service dogs for the disabled are permitted in accordance with Article 40 of the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act. 


Notice Regarding Commercial and Professional Photography/Filming 

Advance application (paid) and approval are required for all professional shoots, including:

  • TV Dramas, Films, and Commercials

  • Online Mall Product Shoots

  • Private Portraits and Wedding/First Birthday Snaps

Filming & Photography Guidelines 

01. Inquiry Period Filming inquiries must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled filming date.

02. Filming Fees All filming is subject to a fee (Commercial Filming), except for videos produced specifically for the promotion of Bear Tree Park.

03. Content Restrictions Filming or photography involving provocative, suggestive, or violent content is strictly prohibited.

04. Drone Filming Any filming involving drones must be discussed and approved in advance. Personal drone filming is not permitted.

05. Vehicle Access No vehicle access is allowed within the park. This includes production vehicles such as generator trucks, equipment trucks, and lighting trucks, unless pre-authorized through prior consultation.


Precautions During Filming 

01. Stay on Designated Paths Please refrain from entering areas outside the designated viewing paths and locations.

02. Protect Facilities and Nature Do not cross fences or railings. Please take extreme care not to damage any plants or park facilities.

03. Strictly No Smoking Bear Tree Park is a strictly non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the park.
